PROCEDURE
All portraits are carried out from photographs, unless a drawing or painting from life is specifically requested. Before any work commences, Jane would - in most cases - require a meeting with the prospective client. This would be to discuss the desired objectives of the commission and to take a series of high quality photographs of the sitter. It is at this stage that the fee would be agreed upon and the proposed completion date discussed.

Although the finished work is not framed or mounted, Jane will offer advice on request.

PRICES
Jane can produce drawings in pencil or charcoal and oil paintings on canvas. The price of a drawing starts from £50 (A4); the price of a painting starts from £175 (10” x 12”). These prices do not include travel costs. Most sizes are available and their cost can be discussed.
